VISIT or WORK in POLAND

A D-type national visa permits to enter the territory of the Republic of Poland and to stay continuously or for several successive times in this territory for a total duration of more than 90 days during the period of validity of the visa, but not longer than one year. A D-type national visa also permits to travel in the territory of other Schengen Area Member States for up to 90 days during a 180-day period, during the validity period of the visa.

Documents for Poland Visa

For Employed Person:
• Current bank statement of the latest 6 months
• No-objection certificate from employer
• Income Tax Return (ITR)

For Self-Employed Person:
• A copy of your business Registration
• Company bank statement of the latest 6 months
• Income Tax Return (ITR)

For Student:
• Proof of enrollment in course
• Leave approval letter from school/ university

For retired Person:
• Pension statement of last 6 months

Types of Polish Visas​

The Embassy of the Republic of Poland issues two types of visas:
Schengen visa or ‘C’ visa: It allows person to stay up to 90 days for a visa of 180 days in Schengen area.
National‘D’ visa: It grants a person long-term visa for a stay over 90 and up to 365 days in Poland. The national visa allows visitors to stay in other Schengen countries for up to 90 days per each 180 days. This is usually a multiple-entry visa.
